Dear Doctor,

You might not be aware, but your reimbursement for EMG/NCV studies will be dramatically reduced by Worker's Compensation and No-Fault if you do not take action.  MUA, ROM Testing and Muscle Testing will be completely eliminated.

 It is very important that you email your comments to the WCB at this address  regulations@wcb.ny.gov  before Aug 6th to prevent adverse changes from occurring.  

 Please feel free to "cut and paste" or use the attachment above.  

 The more comments that the board receives, the more likely we are to fend off the cuts.
